I really didn’t want to give it a four star because in reality it is a 5 Star place. Service is always been great except for today. I have never been treated the way I was treated today by someone that supposedly is the owner. I politely asked if he could not place pizza slices on top of each other, because in the past when I feed my kids, the cheese comes off onto the other slice. Normally they put this like parchment paper in between the slices. When I asked for the name of the person who was checking me out and getting our pizza slices. He said that he did not have to give me his name and I said that it would be important if I needed to give it to the owner, and he stated that he was an owner. I feel like if he was an owner of that establishment then he should not treated me that way or told me that he couldn’t give me his name and he should’ve been apologetic. I put my own stuff in bags. I put my own parchment paper in between my pizza slices. If I wouldn’t have had kids in the car, they were hungry and this is what we plan to have for dinner. I would’ve left and not even got anything from them just by the way that he treated me and made me feel. I have never felt this way ever from nobody in that establishment and I’ve been going there for well over 15 years. I was just not happy and I probably will never go back just for that one incident, ruined it.

There's an obvious reason why Salvatore's, Glass Nickel, and Rocky Rococo's are all rated significantly higher than Falbo's. The ingredients are poor, the pizza is often served undercooked (I've ordered from them over five times) and the service is abysmal. The employees frequently curse at customers and I would be genuinely surprised if this establishment exists five years from this point without significant overhauls. I think they're worth a try but I wouldn't expect anyone to prefer them over a pizza hut or a little Caesars.

I called to inquire about the individual slices they had to offer for today, and whomever answered the phone stated “good ones very good ones, have a good one” and ended the phone call. I attempted to call back in case the call had dropped, but no answer. I cannot comprehend what would’ve provoked the individual who answered to be so rude; but I hope this matter will be addressed, resolved quickly, and hopefully preventative measures will be taken in the future to ensure inquiring customers such as myself do not encounter the same unkindness and ingenuity. Update: Seeing that my 2 year retirement anniversary from the armed forces is approaching and I am a huge fan of Pizza, I had asked my TikTok followers on my live which pizza place in Madison was the best and majority of individuals stated Ian’s and Falbo. Because I was closer to Falbo, despite the rude encounter over the phone, I decided to go into the business and attempt to address the individual as well as order a few slices of pizza. I asked the individual if there was a reason they hung the phone up the way they did, and they stated “we are busy” I quickly scanned the area there was one customer and 2 other workers in the building. I then replied “you don’t know who I am, or where I am coming from, I’m an inquiring customer, what was so hard about saying ‘hey we’re buy can you wait a moment’ until you were able to get back to me?” As he scoffed he abruptly pulled a stool to the counter and stated “if you don’t like the service here go to Pizza Hut we are not that type of business.” I waited a few moments as his face had become red and he seemed a bit aggressive. After a little while I asked the other employees what the name of the individual was and he walked back to the counter and asked if I wanted the owners number because I was more than welcome to call him. Seeing as he was overtly adamant about the call to the owner I became uncomfortable and felt as if it was best to leave. After asking for his name once more he stated it was Steve I thanked him he said see ya I replied we wouldn’t be seeing him again before exiting. Again I hope this matter can be resolved and avoided.
